Myriad Uranium is a uranium exploration company based in the United States, with its primary focus on its flagship project, Copper Mountain, located in Wyoming.

The company’s objective is clear: to drill, define, and deliver more than 100+ million pounds of uranium in regions where mining is not just feasible but highly probable. Wyoming is already a proven uranium-producing state, while New Mexico is experiencing a revival in mining activity. In 2024, the United States produced 676,939 pounds of uranium concentrate, driven by increasing demand for nuclear fuel and political efforts to accelerate mine approvals and timelines.

Uranium – Demand right now

Unlike metals used in batteries, where significant demand is expected several years down the road, uranium is required now. In fact, it may be even more critical than lithium or nickel at this moment.

Decades of declining interest in nuclear power, combined with a recent and powerful political shift toward renewable energy, have created what could be a once in a generation opportunity for uranium. Nuclear energy has consistently proven to be the most reliable and efficient source of power that humanity has developed. It will not be easily replaced and is likely to remain essential for at least the next ten to fifteen years, and possibly for many decades beyond. This raises a key question: Where will the uranium supply come from?

In Canada, the answer is the Athabasca Basin. In the United States, with a much larger population and growing energy needs, the leading uranium-producing states will likely include Wyoming, Utah, and New Mexico.

Copper Mountain

Copper Mountain is the cornerstone of Myriad Uranium’s portfolio. In the 1970s, Union Pacific invested an astonishing 128 million dollars into this project (2025$). This massive historical investment left behind a wealth of exploration data, positioning Myriad to benefit from decades of previous work.

The company recently announced the final assay results from its 2024 drill program, which revealed both high grade and long intercepts. In uranium exploration, grades above 0.1 percent U3O8 are considered high grade. For more specific figures, please visit the company’s website using the link below:

The project is located just a short drive from eight active uranium mines and is surrounded by industry leaders. Union Pacific drilled over 2,000 holes and identified seven uranium deposits, all centered around the Canning Deposit.

So why was it never developed?

The answer lies in the Three Mile Island incident of 1979, one of the most significant events in nuclear energy history. The accident caused uranium prices to collapse, making further development economically unattractive.

Fast forward 50 years, and the landscape has changed completely. Uranium prices are rising again, backed by solid long term demand.

Copper Mountain is considered a medium grade but high volume project with exceptional blue-sky exploration upside. With the benefit of modern geological modeling and advanced exploration methods, Myriad has the potential to uncover a nationally important uranium deposit. The company’s target remains clear: to define more than 100 million pounds of uranium.

Company Update and Financial Strength

Myriad recently completed an oversubscribed private placement, raising $1,893,250 in gross proceeds. This successful funding round is a strong signal of investor confidence in both the company and its strategy.

With an improved working capital position of approximately 3.2 million dollars, Myriad is well financed and ready to move forward with its ambitious exploration plans.
