Drill permits received in potentially a new massive copper-gold discovery by Techgen Metals

Techgen Metals has spent 2025 generating some of the very best targets for copper-gold and antimony. One of them being the Mt Boggola project with some serious names in the previous owner category (Newcrest Mining, Goldfields and Northern Star Resources).

Earlier in the year Techgen had completed a drilling program at the El Donna project (Also a very interesting project) when a opportunity at Mt Boggola presented itself, a strong compelling geophysical anomaly sitting right below high grade gold, copper and antimony rock chip samples.

Newcrest had previously drilled a hole with parts of the hole being mineralized with chalcopyrite towards the end of the whole resulting in a one meter intercept of 0.8% Cu. A clear anomaly MB1 could be what Newcrest where after. Sitting right above MB1 you have high grade copper and gold rock chip samples.

Also to note, MB3 and MB4 are sizeable anomalies. Techgen announced here last week that permits have been received from the Department of Mines, Petroleum and Exploration. Contractors have been engaged by the company to begin preparations in late January.

Drilling is aiming straight for the center of the MB1 anomaly, past Newcrests historic hole in aims to discover what could potentially be a massive deposit.

We will be keeping a close eye on Techgen into the new year and looking forward to seeing some drill core from Mt Boggola.
