Adavale Resources (ASX:ADD) – Delivering Gold and Copper Growth in the Tier-1 Lachlan Fold Belt

Adavale Resources Ltd (ASX:ADD) is an Australian company focused on the Parkes Gold-Copper Project, which comprises the advanced Brownfields London Victoria Gold Mine (former BHP Gold asset & processing centre) and multiple highly prospective Greenfields targets.

Parkes Project Fact Sheet

  • London Victoria Gold Mine has a JORC compliant Mineral Resource Estimate of 3.14Mt @ 1.06 g/t Au for 107koz[EB1]
  • Adavale’s recent maiden drill campaign achieved the strongest gold intercept in 30 years, which also extended beyond the JORC resource 25m @ 1.17g/t Au from 144m 0.5g/t Au cut-off) within a broader intercept of 48m @ 0.82g/t Au from 133m (0.25g/t Au cut-off) and includes  11m @ 1.42g/t Au from 158m (1.0g/t Au cut-off)
  • ~371km² holding secured from the same vendor as the Spur Project, held by Waratah Minerals (ASX:WTM, Market Cap $210m)[EB2]
  • Directly adjacent to Northparkes mine (5.2Moz Au & 4.4Mt Cu) and in proximity to Cadia Mine (35.1Moz Au), Cowal Mine (13Moz Au) and Tomingley Mine (2.3Moz Au)
  • Lies at the intersection of Ordovician-aged [EB3] Macquarie Arc Volcanics and the Lachlan Transverse Zone, the ideal setting for tier-1 copper-gold discoveries[EB4]
  • Structurally controlled gold and porphyry copper-gold mineralisation

Greenfields Targets on the Parkes project

  • Myalls Prospect – 0.86% Cu and 0.91g/t Au
  • Koh-I-Noor – historic mine yielding up to 43.8g/t Au
  • Parkvale Sth rock chips – 22.2 g/t Au & unexplained magnetic low
  • Cunich – 1.4 g/t Au rock chips with elevated Cu
  • Welcome Mine – 11 g/t Au average head grade
  • North – Corner Prospect – 2m at 1.73 g/t Au
  • and  numerous other prospects

Transformational September month

In September, Adavale achieved an impressive drill result (ALRC014, illustrated below) of 48m @ 0.82g/t Au from 133m underneath the London Victoria mine, well below the current JORC resource. This intercept included a higher-grade interval of 25m @ 1.17g/t Au from 144m.

Drill hole ALRC014 was designed to test the down-plunge extension of the historic mined gold in the southern pit. The conceptual idea really hit its mark, extending the mineralisation of the southern pit.

The London Victoria Gold Mine hosts grades and intercept lengths amenable to open-pit mining within a Brownfields setting. Development advantages of the project include a on site crushing & grinding circuit, CIL plant and DA approval / “Special Activation Precinct” status. Several regional processing plants in the region are also hungry for feedstock. These strategic advantages position Adavale for potential future production and the opportunity to capitalise on record-high gold prices. [EB1]

Planned future work

Magnetic Survey: In light of the positive magnetics vs gold association (see ADD ASX announcement dated 8th of September 2025), airborne and/or ground-based magnetic survey planning is underway.

Structural Geology Mapping: A leading structural geology consultant is currently undertaking structural mapping and modelling of the deposit to help refine and add focus to future drill targeting.

Drilling: Second phase drilling at London-Victoria Mine expected this quarter, with commencement pending final analysis from structural and geophysical surveys. 1st Phase drilling also expected to commence this quarter across Greenfields prospects.

Further Geochemical Survey Planning: Identification of future targets for geochemical work to take place simultaneously with other activity; Parkvale South becoming a high priority dependent on results of further rock chip sampling and ground magnetics.

Further Prospect Reconnaissance: Visits to additional targets are being planned for future reconnaissance efforts, including further areas on No Mistake and an initial visit to The Dish, as well as the Northern Areas of Front Gate. Recently, in mid-August, Adavale collected 12 rock chip samples from the Corner prospect, which is located in the northwestern block of EL8831, with assays currently pending.
