Lappland Guldprospektering AB has decided on a directed share issue to raise SEK 30 million by issuing 150 000 B‐shares at SEK 200 each. The financing, approved by the board under authorization from last year’s annual meeting, is intended to accelerate work on the company’s flagship Stortjärnhobben gold project and support exploration at its other licenses. Management said the capital will help advance drilling results, update the mineral resource and progress economic studies this year.
